How do I make a purchase?

It is very simple to make an order through our website or mobile apps. Browse the website or apps via the categories and click on your desired item, select quantity and click ‘Add to cart’ button. When you are ready to place your order, simply proceed to checkout, enter your billing details and choose payment option. What payment methods does you accept?

We Accept COD (Cash On Delivery) and all major Credit and Debit Cards issued in India.

How will I know if Aforehand has received my order?

Once you place your order, you will receive an email and SMS with your order information with status as ‘order received’. This doesn’t mean that your order has been confirmed. A courtesy call will be made to confirm your order and shipping details once we verified your payment.

I have not received my order?

All our orders are shipped either same day or next day, depending on the time of payment confirmation, your location and the item you have selected. Please check our shipping policy and terms and conditions for more information.

How do I change my delivery address?

Our customer support team will be happy to help with changing your preferred delivery date and address. If, however, you have received an email informing you that your order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to change your address. Please see our shipping policy for more information

What is the returns policy?

We are not offering any return option. Please verify before you making purchase.

How long will it take to deliver my package?

We work with India Post and Delhivery  to deliver our customer item across India.  For customer complaint, please contact our support team at +9199478 58881. Please refer to our T&C’s for further details.

What should I do if my item is faulty or damaged?

We aim to provide high quality products at Aforehand.in. So, if your product is damaged or has a fault, we want to hear about it. Please contact the customer support team between 9am-5pm.
